That’s the takeaway from a new report on the Latino “skills gap” by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI).
The report highlights two clear trends for the second half of the 21st century. Members of the baby-boom generation will be entering retirement in record numbers, creating a void in the American workforce.
