Finance to LAC in 2017
China Development Bank (CDB) and China Eximbank
finance to Latin American and Caribbean (LAC)
governments and state-run companies dropped to
approximately $9 billion in 2017—a considerable decrease
from the $21 billion disbursed by Chinese policy banks in
2016.
